Description We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our Gold Coast School in a part-time Thursday and Friday, 6-month long service leave contract capacity In this role, you will be a ‘brand’ advocate for The Industry School at the front office school reception area and the first point of contact over the phone or on arrival for young people (students), parents, industry, and visitors. You will be a key member of the school office team and undertake various tasks and administration responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Providing an exceptional customer service experience when answering phone calls and emails, and greeting onsite visitors. Assisting with setup and pack up of meetings and events, including catering requirements. Managing campus mail and couriers, stationery orders, and processing payments at reception. Calendar management of bookable campus resources and facilities, rooms, fleet cars including management of key distribution, etc. Providing backup support to the broader campus administration team as required, including during peak periods and absences. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and effectively handling multiple priorities. High level of attention to detail, strong communication skills Ability to demonstrate The Industry School values. Right to work in Australia.
