This role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phones, managing grocery orders, filing documents, liaising with contractors, and providing customer service. A key part of the role may involve occasional crisis management. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and managing the admin line Coordinating with contractors, moving officers, and internet providers Handling basic finance tasks, such as uploading receipts and basic finance-related administration Providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times Assisting with various administrative duties as required Skills and Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles Basic finance knowledge and experience with uploading receipts Strong customer service skills and computer literacy A genuine empathy for working in the community sector Must hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People Check Ideal Candidate: Resilient with a heads-down, empathetic approach Ideally has experience in the NFP (Not-for-Profit) or community sector Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to respect confidentiality and work in sensitive environments This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a dynamic and rewarding administrative role with the potential for an extension.
