About the Role: As an Associate Engineer | ICT , you will: Lead a portfolio of ICT projects, providing technical expertise in areas such as passive communications infrastructure, network design, IoT, and system integration. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver integrated ICT solutions that align with client goals and Australian Standards. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. About You: To succeed in this role, you will bring: Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or ICT. Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in ICT consulting in the Building Services space, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in passive communications infrastructure design, structured cabling, wireless networking, security and surveillance design, and system integration. Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
