In this role, you’ll help our clients unlock the full potential of Nearmap’s products by providing expert advice and crafting custom solutions tailored to their unique business needs. What You’ll Do: As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how our customers and prospects utilise Nearmap’s Imagery, 3D, and AI technologies. Your role will involve: Consult with Customers : Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges in insurance and risk management. Help them identify how Nearmap’s solutions can solve problems and deliver value. Provide Tailored Solutions : Become a trusted advisor by recommending the right products for clients, utilising Nearmap’s Imagery, 3D, and AI technologies, and offering guidance on APIs, custom applications, and data analytics. Support Sales Teams : Collaborate with Account Managers to create customised demos and presentations that speak directly to customer needs, and assist in driving the sales cycle by identifying opportunities for upsell. Build Strong Relationships : Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions are tailored and delivered seamlessly. Provide valuable customer feedback to influence product development. Engage with Marketing : Help develop technical content for webinars, trade shows, and other campaigns, positioning Nearmap as the go-to provider in insurance and risk management solutions.
