This role is ideal for someone with an intermediate skill level and a passion for providing top-notch support to end users. This is an initial 6-month contract position. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of the Windows 11 upgrade across the organisation. Provide technical support to end users during and after the upgrade process. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Document and communicate any issues and resolutions to the project team. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in EUC support. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 11. Experience with software deployment and upgrade projects. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). Experience with remote support tools and technologies.
