The Receptionist / Administration Officer provides high level reception and administrative support to patients, visitors and staff of the Medical Imaging Department. The receptionist will process referrals, make outpatient bookings and ensure all patient information is up to date and accurately recorded. The incumbent is required to provide a high level of customer service using efficient and effective communication. The incumbent is also required to participate in a roster to ensure adequate administrative cover for the department’s needs, which may include similar duties in the Department of Nuclear Medicine. The incumbent may also be required to provide transcriptions of imaging reports approved by Radiologists.
