These roles focus on a high-profile mixed-use development, offering the chance to work with an expert management and commercial team on innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with site and project management teams to manage commercial operations. Oversee commercial and contractual matters related to the project. Assist in project cost forecasting, reporting, and budget compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare tender documentation and facilitate project meetings. Support procurement, purchasing, and contract negotiations. Review progress claims and prepare payment certificates. What You’ll Need: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator. Proficiency in time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of Procore or Jobpac software (preferred but not essential). Attention to detail with a commitment to health and safety.
