About the role The People and Culture team are integral enablers of the Commission’s strategic objective of ‘Investing in our People & Culture’ to deliver the strategic outcome of a skilled and capable workforce collectively driving the Commission’s objectives. The Personnel Security Intelligence and HR administration officer position is a dual role. The position is responsible for undertaking day-to-day concurrent personnel security vetting assignments involving progressing complex, difficult and sensitive assignments sometimes against strict deadlines. The role requires high-level analytics and exceptional relationship management skills to inform determinations on the eligibility and suitability of candidates to hold a security clearance. The other aspect of the position is to provide administrative support to the People & Culture Manage. r across all Human Resources functions including but not limited to talent acquisitions, talent management, employee engagement and employee support. The role will also have significant exposure to the Commission's People & Culture functions.
