As the Specialist Older Adults Consultation Service Divisional personal assistant, you will be responsible for administrative duties as per direction of Head of Unit and DON and Operations Aged Persons Mental Health. The role encompasses effective coordination of the administration of the aligned portfolios, including assisting in divisional planning, minuting meetings, determining work priorities as well as exercising self-direction and flexibility. Part Time Permanent position working 3 days per fortnight. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of administration duties Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use Microsoft office suite and familiarity with database programs. 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within the public health or community health sector. Demonstrated team player with an ability to work as a team member in a multidisciplinary environment Concise written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner Next Steps . . .
