In this role you’ll be involved in a range of tasks. You’ll implement servers that stay up, lock down networks with firewalls and robust security, and you’ll make Microsoft 365 and Azure work. You’ll build wireless systems that won’t make people cry and spot risks before they become disasters. You’ll be the person keeping clients’ systems in shape and jumping into projects that stretch your skills. Some days, you’ll deep-dive into Hyper-V configurations; other days, you’ll be explaining DNS issues to someone who thinks it’s an internet conspiracy. We don’t have rigid job descriptions – everyone pitches in. Whether it’s troubleshooting a misbehaving router or designing a new infrastructure plan, you’ll roll with it. Who You Are: You'll have 3 years' experience in IT and you know your way around AD, DNS, and Group Policy without a cheat sheet. Proficient with Microsoft Enterprise tools – Servers, 365, Azure.
