A wonderful foot in the door to Owners Corporation Front of house, you are the first point of call for phone calls on a busy reception. About the Role and Who we are Looking for Our client are a specialist owners corporation management company based in the inner south east of Melbourne. We are seeking a superstar front of house person to manage the reception (phones, meet and greet etc) and overflow admin for the owners corporation team. Tasks include: Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area. Welcome all guests to the office. Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms. Process and distribute all incoming mail, including courier deliveries. Assist as needed with owners corporation inquiries and general day-to-day running of the office.
