This is a full-time, permanent role and an opportunity to be a long-term part of a collaborative, inclusive, and a stable Head Office team. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception area. Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately. Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, or transfer as needed. Ensure the kitchen area is tidy, well-stocked, and appealing for all employees. Manage mail deliveries and distribution. Assist with various administrative tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Professional appearance and demeanour. A warm, friendly manner with great energy and a positive attitude. Monday to Friday, on-site availability.
