As an Administration Officer at Melaleuca Court Nursing Home, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, providing crucial administrative support across our health services. From assisting with client enquiries to managing accounts, your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth running of our services, while making a positive impact on both residents and staff. Key responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to inquiries both in person and electronically. Assist in the processing of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle daily receipting, petty cash, and reconciliation of funds. Manage records, filing systems, and correspondence to maintain efficient operations. Assist with payroll, staff training records, and support accreditation requirements. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards. What we're looking for: Experience in using computer software such as MS Office and handling customer inquiries. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and clients. Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
