Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Women's and Children's Division Salary $67,589 - $72,033 (Pro Rata) ASO3 | Full Time – Ongoing Join us in the Women's and Children's Division and grow your career in administration The Senior Administration Officer is accountable for the provision of an effective and efficient confidential administrative support service to the Head of Unit Paediatrics, Flinders Women’s & Children’s Division, Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) with the potential for future work to include deployment to other areas of WCD and SAHLN. About the Role: As the Senior Administration Officer, your duties may include: Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers Planning and co-ordinating appointments and meetings with other departments, health and tertiary educational institutions, outside organisations and boards Providing a confidential executive secretarial and support service using initiative and judgement to interpret guidelines, and developing and implementing procedures to ensure an efficient service Preparing, collecting and distributing information required for meetings including agendas, minutes and facilitating the actioning of relevant action items Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
