Based at Bravehearts' head office in Arundel our Intake and Administration Assistant is the first point of contact within Beyond Brave and provides information about services offered by Beyond Brave to prospective clients who have experienced historical Institutional Child Sexual Abuse. About You You will have an understanding of trauma informed practices Organisation and time management are your top strengths Technology proficient, including the ability to use the suite of Microsoft office tools You possess a positive, can do attitude with the ability to problem solve and overcome challenges Integrity and honesty are a key part of your values The role Based in our head office in Arundel, this is a full time position until 31 January 2026 You will provide clear and accurate information about the services we offer to prospective clients Complete initial assessments to determine whether the person calling is suitable for our services In collaboration with our information and support line team, you will monitor and maintain our Beyond Brave wait list Level 3, pay point 1 Social and Community Service ($37.35 per hour) plus superannuation plus salary packaging Why you should work with us Help us work towards our mission to the prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse Become part of a supportive and compassionate team.
