Yurra is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Facilities Maintenance team based in Karratha.This is a part-time opportunity, offering approximately 20 hours per week. The roster is flexible, with the option to work during school hours. The position requires someone with a high level of motivation, self-discipline and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to support the Facilities Maintenance Team. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide operational support in areas including: • Assisting with Scheduling and coordinating staff across various projects. • Developing and maintaining registers & filing systems • Data review and entry • Liaising with clients • Providing general support to visitors. About you: Based in our Karratha office, you will have previous proven experience as an Administrator and demonstrate a positive, “can do” attitude as well as: • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Administration role • Excellent attention to detail • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills • Solid MS office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Confident interacting with senior management and external customers • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills • Ability to plan and priorities workload. • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
