Experienced Front Desk Administrator required for large distributor in Tullamarine. TLH Recruitment proudly represents one of Australia's largest suppliers to retailers and wholesalers of parts and accessories based in Tullamarine , seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator to join their team. This role is a full-time, permanent position with a salary between $50k - $65k plus super (depending on skill level). Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, transfer to the appropriate staff member or department and taking detailed messages when required Greet visitors to the facility in a friendly and professional manner Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in and complete the online induction Ensure reception, kitchenette and meeting rooms are always kept tidy and presentable. Manage office supplies, ensuring timely orders and stock management. Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and efficiently distributing mail. Booking couriers, preparing packages and paperwork for pick up. Use your computer skills (especially Microsoft Office) to support various office tasks. Personal Traits and Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone manner. Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Proactive, with a can-do attitude, anticipating and solving problems. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
