Join us and make a meaningful difference to the lives of seniors. The Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Relief Administration Team . The ideal candidate should be flexible to work at multiple Juniper Residential sites across Western Australia. While you will have a designated "base site," the Rostering team may allocate you to alternative sites as needed. As such this role requires a full Australian Driving Licence and a car. Whilst you will be responsible for reception, filing, data entry, record keeping and many other general administrative duties, you will also be part of a team building a homely and respectful environment. You will be engaged with staff, residents, their families and visitors, welcoming them to the site and providing assistance as needed. You will need to be a friendly, patient and flexible individual that can manage interruptions with grace and maintain a professional, flexible and accommodating approach. The successful candidate must have full-time availability through the week. The chosen candidate will be offered a casual contract, with working hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8AM to 4PM . Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site Managing daily roster allocations, in collaboration with Central Rostering team Processing of accounts receivable and payable, placement of ARM purchase orders Acting as a point of contact for resident enquiries and referring these to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate General administration, such as filing, data entry, word processing, minute taking and photocopying Input and maintenance of records to ensure that they meet both internal and external reporting requirements Key Requirements: Completion of a Certificate III in Business Administration Full Australian Driving Licence and car Experience working in Administration Experience working in the Aged Care sector, or similar Be highly organised and possess the ability to multi-task Effective time management skills and an understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines Work well in a team environment Professional and confident communication skills Reliable and Punctual What’s on offer: $32.90 per hour 25% casual loading 11.5% superannuation Access to salary sacrifice options up to $18,550 per annum Health insurance discounts with HBF or Medibank Juniperks: an online platform for peer recognition, wellness, retail discounts How to Apply: Don’t miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role Apply online today with your current CV.
