This full-time role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a senior administrative role within the trade services sector, such as plumbing or electrical, and is familiar with scheduling, liaising with customers, and ensuring smooth operations in a busy environment. As the Administration & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring work is scheduled to maximise efficiency, overseeing administrative processes, ensuring compliance with Safe Work Practices and supporting the business to deliver well-organised and effective services. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, fluid environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Key Responsibilities: Schedule Jobs: Plan, coordinate, and schedule weekly jobs for contractors, ensuring timely service delivery. Equipment Repairs: Organise and manage equipment repairs to minimise downtime. Resolve Issues: Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and concerns. Contractor Management: Oversee contractors to ensure work quality and compliance. Customer Invoicing: Handle daily invoicing and complete After Service Reports for customers. Follow Up on Debtors: Monitor and follow up on aged receivables for timely payment. Database Maintenance: Update and manage customer database records and compliance documents. Assist Operations Managers: Provide support with queries, job scheduling, and customer concerns. Office Administration: Perform general office duties, including document preparation, data entry, and inventory management. Support Operations: Assist with site start-ups, manage equipment maintenance, and support the Operations team with various tasks. Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate jobs and manage customer relationships effectively. Sound knowledge of invoicing, aged debt follow-ups, and general office administration. Experience with contractor oversight and ensuring service quality. Ability to professionally and proactively manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions. High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management or CRM systems. Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
