THE Role: Handling administrative and compliance tasks with accuracy. Managing social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Attending properties for inspections, styling arrangements, and other needs. Organizing pre-settlement, pest, and building inspections. Coordinating photoshoots and marketing appointments. Preparing auction packs and open home materials. Managing and mentoring the Junior Administrator/Receptionist. THE CANDIDATE: Experience: Proven administrative experience in a similar role is essential. Qualifications: Certificate of Registration (COR) required. Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Agent Box and Campaign Track is advantageous. Other Requirements: A personal car is required; car allowance and phone are provided.
