We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Copy Centre team for a Maternity Leave Cover position. The successful candidate will help to ensure compliance and provide high quality service and support to Copy Centre Customers, CCG staff and industry partners under the direction of the Senior Customer Service Officer. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide printing, copying and design services to customers in a professional, timely and efficient manner using high volume machines including; Digital printing; Copying; Desktop Publishing; Laminating; Operate high volume scanners; Operate image handling software; Perform binding and finishing work including the safe use of equipment such as paper cutter, hole driller, binder and electric stapler; Assist in setting and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, CCG staff and the community Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner Provide product and service information to customers including advice regarding job status and feasibility of requests Process orders, returns, and exchanges Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Capacity to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff at all levels and to work as a team member to achieve positive outcomes; Ability to work with a wide range of external stakeholders; Highly developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills including the ability to interact with individuals with varied backgrounds; Attention to detail and accuracy; Consistent integrity and openness in dealing with Community College Gippsland clients and staff; Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, graphic design programs and online platforms; Highly organised and able to work independently Adaptable and Innovative Willing and able to meet tight deadlines and be accountable Capacity to work within timelines and to complete assigned tasks within set timeframe; The ability to handle multiple responsibilities and demands Ability to maintain organisational confidentiality; Willingness to undertake professional development and to pursue continuous improvement.
