Based in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane, our client requires Customer Service superstars to join their busy environment to assist with a project Your Organisation Based in the Southern Suburbs of Brisbane near Logan, our client has a large project requiring multiple Customer Service Superstars to join their team on a temporary / ad hoc basis. As a major supplier to a number of large insurance firms, they provide assistance to process claims on behalf of insurance organisations nationally. Located in a brand new building with state of the art facilities, this fast growing national company needs to prepare for the upcoming storm season Due to the location of this organisation, you must have your own transport (parking on site and on the street is available) Your Role Reporting into the Administration Manager, your role will involve: - Entering claim details into the system - Calling clients to arrange booking their car in to be fixed - Dealing with general enquiries - Updating client details on the system - General Administration Your Profile As a Customer Service / Claims Superstar you will have excellent communication skills and have a proactive attitude. You will have an ability to pick up systems quickly and work well under pressure. You will be available to commence immediately. Exposure to working within the Insurance sector or processing claims is advantageous however not essential. You will have your own transport and have a down to earth nature and a natural 'get up and go' personality. You will be reliable, pride yourself on your work and have a professional attitude.
