Highly experienced leadership team offering fast-track progression and mentorship. The Role Agenda/Meeting minutes (for PM review and distribution). Costing and quantifying projects FFE Procurement/Live Schedule Document. Project start sheets and preliminary budget preparation for PM review / approval. Prepare Project Quality, WHS & Environment Management Plans for BMS/WHS review and PM approval. Sub-contractor engagements & negotiations Prepare SignOnSite induction and other details. Site folders, signage, COVID safe plans etc. Coordinate delivery of site establishment gear Qualifications Ideally have a building related degree/diploma or trade background. Good understanding of the principles of most trades and services. Good understanding of: MS Office applications: Word, Excel, & MS Project.
