About the Role You would be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a customer centric approach to supporting external and internal stake holders and support the delivery of quality service and cross sales to AusHealth clients. What will my day to day look like? Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders • Plan weekly, monthly and annual drug and alcohol testing schedules for clients. • Provide telephone support to drug and alcohol testing clients and provide solutions • Follow up with new and existing clients on behalf of the National Sales Manager • Provide support to National Sales, Account and Customer Service Manager Essential Criteria • Excellent computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite. • Previous experience in a sales, customer service or administration role is highly desirable • Demonstrated customer service and sales skills including the ability to establish positive relationships. • Well-developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, negotiation and teamwork. • Customer-focussed attitude. • Ability to stay calm in stressful situation and trouble shoot • High level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
