What you'll be doing The Aged Health and Rehabilitation Services provide administrative services to a variety of Outpatient Clinics on site at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. To service these clinics Administrative Staff need to be flexible to work in a variety of clinics as required. This position will be responsible to deliver a high standard of administrative support to the Aged Health and Rehabilitation Services operations including administrative support for frontline clinics. The incumbent will also support the work activities of medical staff and other allied health professionals working within the service. For more information, please view the Position Description The Requirements Experience in an administrative setting with established high level computer literacy and typing skills including Microsoft Programs: Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Medicare billing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills, including ability to liaise with a wide range of staff and patients including highly sensitive personal area of gender identity.
