You will partner with seasoned structural engineers and drafters to design and execute project homes and volume housing residential projects. Structural design and calculations Conducting site inspections to determine suitability Detailed documentation, design and analysis of concrete, steel and timber Monitoring budgets to ensure project costs stay within range Collaborate with the internal engineering and drafting teams SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification 4 years' experience Proficiency in software of INDUCTA and RC Building Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proven track record in residential housing CULTURE.
