ATTN: All Process Design Leads with extensive experience with ARIS - we want to hear from you Exciting program of work - ASAP start Large program of work for leading agency Amazing daily rate of up too $1250pd SA ARIS experience an absolute must A leading government agency is seeking a Process Design Lead (RCM) to work for an initial 6 month contract based in Burwood/hybrid. The RCM Process Design Lead managers the design, development and improvement of process and procedure documentation aligned to Technical Standards and the ARIS Model . Key responsibilities include: Lead the business planning, facilitation, engagement, and documentation of processes, procedures, work instructions, and business rules Develop process modelling standards and conventions and provide governance and process integrity assurance for the process architecture tool set (ARIS). Review and quality assure processes, procedures and metadata aligned to ARIS standards , and ensure process modelling standards are applied consistently across the project lifecycle. P lan, prioritise and prepare business engagement activities including workshop structures to aligned to RCM project requirements. Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders to understand business processes, technical standards and challenge decisions where appropriate Support and advise on process architecture integrity to the government standards for asset management Key requirements include: Tertiary qualification such as Business and Information Technology, or other relevant field in Business Process Architecture and Design Previous experience in Business Process Modelling ; and an in-depth understanding of ARIS or equivalent BPM applications and a willingness to learn ARIS as the main toolset used Knowledge and experience applying ARIS business process modelling applications aligned to asset management standards 55001 Advanced knowledge of ARIS business process modelling and administration in multi-tenancy database environments Demonstrated experience the development and in implementation whole of lifecycle asset management processes and practices in ARIS Knowledge of the NSW Asset Management policy, ISO standards for Asset Management, Asset Management Frameworks, processes and relevant legislation is essential.
