This role supports clients through the construction phase, providing a positive building experience. Key Responsibilities: Guide clients during the construction phase with updates and solutions. Coordinate client meetings with Site Supervisors and provide accurate information. Liaise with suppliers for product details and material availability. Prepare site documentation, including variations and extension of time notices. Organize and conduct key handover meetings with clients. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within construction. Strong understanding of the building process to communicate effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to interpret building contracts, plans, and specifications. A current Police clearance (willing to obtain one) Must be Perth-based valid Australian work rights required.
