About the team This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in fundraising, business administration, or project management. The National Delivery and Operations Team (NDOT) works across the Cancer Council Federation to deliver national fundraising, marketing and partnerships campaigns and initiatives. The team is responsible for collaborating with each State and Territory Cancer Council to provide project management and administration to reach national financial targets. NDOT are part of the Finance, Strategy and Operations Division at Cancer Council NSW. Key responsibilities of the role: Provide administrative support to NDOT in order to deliver national campaigns, marketing and corporate partnerships. Support the team to manage projects and report on operational tasks assigned to relevant State and Territory stakeholders. Escalate to the Project Coordinator where deliverables and timelines may be impacted by operational activities across States and Territories. Work with the key stakeholders to ensure that each State and Territory provides the required tracking and reporting. Provide administrative assistance in regard to invoicing. Provide data to assist Project Coordinators with post campaign analysis and national reporting. Provide administrative support to the digital team, both with manning campaign inboxes, campaign monitor updates, and merchandise distributers and supporting the digital team with scheduling meetings, agendas and action based minutes. Provide back-end administrative support across the Funraisin CMS platform and assist with content testing before websites go live. Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions on how to improve the national campaign delivery process for the benefit of all States and Territories. Maintain current assets and associated registers. Manage campaign document storage in a nationally consistent way. Support the NDOT Manager with team days and ad-hoc administrative tasks. About you Essential: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multitask /work across numerous projects at any given time Demonstrated skills in working with teams to help achieve KPIs Well developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines Ability to work well under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Advanced excel skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and on your own Ability to operate in a multi-faceted national environment dealing with multiple stakeholders Desirable: At least 1-2 years' experience in a high level administration or project administration role Experience working with project management software Relevant tertiary qualifications such as business or marketing or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience Knowledge of fundraising legislation, and practices of charitable giving About the benefits Generous salary packaging options that can increase your take home pay by paying certain expenses using pretax dollars up to $15,900 a year.
