The Role Bittn is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Agent to join our Operations department. This is an opportunity to work with an industry leader and join a close-knit team to support our clients. To succeed in this role, you will be logical, ambitious and have the ability to laugh at yourself every now and then. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for the below duties: To receive inbound calls in relation to customer bookings or general inquiries. To book customer appointments To maintain relevant company email inboxes and client portals To manage customer cases to resolution using CRM software To action daily job reports and dashboards Providing exceptional customer service through all touch points Working with the internal Sales and Management teams to find on-site solutions to situations that present themselves on a day to day basis About You Aside from having the below skills, we’re basically looking for someone who fits our culture. Simply put, no experience is required, however you must bring good energy to our team and have fun doing it. Suitable candidates will possess the following: Experience in working within a medium size organisation doing Customer Service (essential) SalesForce CRM experience (preferred) Experience in Construction or bookings environment (preferred) Ability to support a high volume of customers using case management prioritisation. Ability to interact with customers using appropriate language to identify issues and provide solutions.
