About the Role The Sales Representative at RapidClean NT is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to exceed targets, utilising industry insights and CRM data for effective sales strategies. Demonstrating a deep understanding of products and services, this role focuses on cultivating strong client relationships and collaborating closely with stakeholders. The Sales Representative leads negotiations to ensure clarity in contracts and business transactions. They maintain professional expertise through self-education and engagement with professional networking opportunities, while supporting company promotions, events, and sales offerings by effectively communicating and promoting them to clients and customers. What you will do Promote RapidClean NT across Darwin, the Big Rivers Regions, and the Top End through targeted sales calls, building brand awareness, and expanding our market presence. Achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies, adhering to our sales process, and delivering impactful presentations to prospective clients. You'll showcase deep knowledge of RapidClean NT's products, nurturing relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration. Leading negotiations and managing contracts, you'll uphold fairness and clarity in business dealings. Providing detailed reports and proposals, you'll identify opportunities for product and service expansion based on market insights. Championing cultural diversity and equal opportunities, you'll promote inclusivity and support staff engagement initiatives. Committed to Ironbark's values and safety standards, you'll uphold compliance with safety policies, promptly addressing any operational risks. We are looking for a suitable applicant who has: Positive and confident communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to utilise sales management software and CRM tools. Proficient in prioritisation, time management, and self-organisation Capable of presenting product and service information clearly and persuasively. Ability to participate in a range of events, conferences, and undertake travel. Possess a valid C Class Northern Territory drivers' licence.
