Key Responsibilities: Handle contract administration, including preparation and managing variations. Oversee prestart duties and process incoming home sales. Collaborate with the finance team on applications and approvals. Liaise with local shires for building permits and applications. Interpret and apply local development plans and guidelines. Work closely with the administration team to ensure smooth project execution. What You’ll Need: Proven experience in a similar role within residential construction. Strong skills in administration, customer service, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with interpreting local development plans and guidelines. Proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently. Understanding of the finance approval process (preferred). Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia.
