This is a great opportunity to lead a high-quality development as part of a larger project while working with a professional and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Manage all site activities to ensure construction meets quality standards. Ensure materials are delivered on time to maintain progress. Select and supervise trades and suppliers in line with project schedules. Resolve construction issues efficiently with the Construction Manager or client. Enforce site safety and uphold the highest standards of workmanship. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation. Support and enforce company policies and procedures. What You’ll Need: 5 years of experience as a supervisor in residential construction. Experience supervising townhouse developments (preferred). Proven ability to deliver homes from start to finish with high quality. Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and Workplace Safety. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts. Established network of trades and suppliers.
