We are one of WA's largest John Deere dealers and have a new and exciting opportunity to share with you Our Boyup Brook branch is seeking an Admin Clerk to assist with our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences, record keeping, creating invoices and general reception duties. About the role: Process and coordinate purchase orders Maintain inventory and system records Input creditor invoices and complete forms for HQ Handling EFT settlements, cash, and cheque payments Answering phone calls and responding to customer queries Workshop administration Process all warranty claims in the subscribed time Aid other departments with admin tasks and data entry Liaise with HSE and report incidents on our reporting system General office duties The successful applicants will have: Relevant administrative experience Excellent customer service skills Microsoft Office experience Solid organisational, analytical and communication skills What we offer: Great team environment Training and development opportunities Job security and ongoing support Team member discount in-store, on brands including John Deere So, if this sounds like you, we would love for you to Apply Now
