About the role As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. The permanent and temporary hours are set out below. Permanent Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday at 7.5 hours per day Temporary Hours: Wednesday at 7.5 hours per day Please note that whilst these hours are currently temporary until the end of February 2025, there is potential for them to become permanent. Flexibility is key as hours at a community branch generally include weekend shifts. There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours as per the operational requirements of the branch.
