You will play a pivotal role in driving event attendance and revenue by identifying, targeting, and converting potential delegates into paying attendees. Industry: Event Sector Location: Sydney CBD , with hybrid working (2 days remote p/week) Salary: $65-70k Comms (OTE $85-100K first year) This company is responsible for production and delivery of one of Australia’s most recognisable business events, with speakers comprised of the biggest names from sports, tech, education and creative. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve delegate targets. Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn). Build strong relationships with potential delegates and industry stakeholders. Utilise CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure sales alignment. Requirements: Proven track record in outbound B2B sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
