With contracts being issued early 2025, your new career will be all sorted Key Role Details: Start date 28th January 2025 Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 8:00PM Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities Hourly rate: $27.17 super, penalty rates & incentives 4 weeks full time paid training Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer service and account management Ability to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience Support customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and potentially being upskilled into digital team, moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and emails Work across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiries Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information Who are you? You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. Whilst contact centre experience is advantageous, exceptional customer service skills are a must Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer emotions and situations. Confident and capable in using computers and systems Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator Ability and desire to achieve targets and KPI’s. Efficient investigation and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and retain product knowledge in dynamic and evolving markets What's in it for you?
