Job Description: · Recent Five (5) years’ experience working as a Microsoft Azure Cloud ADF Data Engineer and using T-SQL procedures in a Data Warehouse environment · Minimum Five (5) years of experience in Data Engineering technologies (Data engineering, ETL/ELT, data Pipelines, data extraction using various file types, Databases and APIs). · Strong experience building metadata-driven (automation) data load frameworks in MS Azure Cloud Platform. · Strong SQL for data querying and transformation and validations. · Excellent knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Mart Architectures, especially on MS Azure Cloud Platform · Experience with SPSS programming language. · Experience working in Azure Functions, Logic apps · Excellent knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Mart Architectures, especially on MS Azure Cloud Platform · Hands-on experience with SQL and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database including AZURE data Factory and Azure Data Lake. · Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including implementation and management of deployment strategies · Experience with Git version control and repository management · Strong communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders · Experience in the implementation of data quality checks for quality management · Knowledge and experience with data modelling · Experience in peer programming. · Experience working with dynamic data masking and data security in Azure SQL Database · Transport Safety industry knowledge (very beneficial) · Agile scrum master experience (not critical)
