About the role: The Manager of Retail & Property is responsible for driving retail success across the South Bank precinct through strategic leasing, tenant relations, property management, and financial oversight. Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial & Operations, the role ensures the highest standards in operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the overall performance and reputation of the precinct as a world-class facility. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement retail strategies, leasing plans, and optimal retail mix for new and existing developments Manage property operations, including tenant compliance and risk management Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and financial performance tracking Support fit-outs and projects in collaboration with internal teams Stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance tenant relations and operational excellence Skills and experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in senior property or centre management roles Strong knowledge of facilities management within retail environments Familiarity with the Retail Shop Leases Act and lease processes Proven ability in conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and project delivery Benefits: Competitive salary plus 12.75% super Subsidised on-site parking and easily accessible by public transport Stability in a well-established organisation, proud of their inclusive culture and collaborative, fun working environment How to apply: Contact our recruitment partner, Marton Volep & Amanda Miron at Iconic Recruit who will be exclusively managing all applications.
