Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area. Ensure the kitchen area is tidy, well-stocked, and appealing for all employees. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Schedule appointments and manage reservations as needed. Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and photocopying.
