As the Corporate Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming and greeting visitors, clients, and staff in a warm, professional manner. Management of the reception area, including handling all phone and email communications. Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Maintaining office cleanliness, including emptying dishwashers, monitoring coffee machines and meeting rooms, and restocking supplies. Coordinating the booking and preparation of meeting rooms, including arranging catering and preparing refreshments when required. Managing internal events, including birthdays, nationwide celebrations, and lunch-and-learn sessions. Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including travel arrangements, as needed. Overseeing mail distribution and courier management to ensure prompt and accurate delivery across the team. To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a concierge, reception, and/or administrative/coordination role within a corporate setting. A client-focused, professional and proactive approach to work. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Impeccable corporate presentation and excellent communication abilities.
