This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service and administration. There is a Newcastle and Parramatta site available for new positions. This role is working up to 25 Hours per week after 8-10 weeks of training up to 35 Hours per week. Once training is completed it will on a rotated roster from 6am - 10pm Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays. Possibilities to have a hybrid working arrangement after training dependant on the business requirements. This position will start on the 24th of January Key accountabilities include: Working in a fast-paced environment with peak periods from October April Upholding a great level of engagement in a virtual environment Contacting our support teams for resolution if needed Balancing phone calls and written communication via webforms Team participation and engagement Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management. Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team. Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
