Your new Role: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the gatekeeper of phone calls, triage and direct calls efficiently, and meticulously track and report call information. This role is essential to ensuring smooth communication within our organisation and providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors with a smile, offer assistance immediately, and ensure the reception area is always tidy. Telephone Management:Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Call Tracking and Reporting: Accurately log all calls with relevant details, generate reports weekly, and identify any call trends that require attention. Administrative Support: Complete tasks such as data entry and scheduling with high accuracy and within set deadlines. Develop and maintain efficient processes to improve overall day to day execution About You: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and call management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
