What you'll be doing This Level 1/2 Social Work position supports the Geriatric Medicine Department at Westmead Hospital, providing care to patients, families, and carers. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering social work services for inpatient and community teams. Exercising professional judgement, with supervision as needed. Assisting in policy, procedure, and standard development. Engaging in quality improvement, departmental committees, and research. Supporting patients with complex and critical care needs.
