Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Call Centre Consultant Location : Bankstown, NSW Salary Package : $60-65k Super Role Highlights: As a customer service representative, you will be the voice of our client, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat with courtesy and professionalism. You'll also handle administrative and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Offer exceptional customer service, resulting in positive outcomes for customers. Perform administrative duties, including accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Ensure customer database is up to date. Candidate Profile: In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment and possess the following: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume call center environment is essential. Clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing. Strong computer literacy and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in administrative and data entry tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed. Confidence communicating with external stakeholders. Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about providing an exceptional customer experience.
