And much more Key Responsibilities: Resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and a range of software applications. Provide onsite and remote support for diverse client base. Assist with technical issues and escalate to Level 3 support if needed. Handle escalations from the Level 1 support team and ensure timely resolution. Manage the installation, configuration, and testing of computer systems. Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and ensure SLAs are met. Update, maintain, and document all hardware and software inventory and installation details. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to improve performance. Train and support end-users and staff on equipment operation and other issues. Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems. Develop expertise in specific areas to increase efficiency in troubleshooting processes. Communicate regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security. Role Requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar role (ideally supporting multiple customers). A current, clean driver's license and ability to obtain a clean police clearance. Experience with Microsoft Servers. Experience with MS Exchange & M365. Experience with virtualization technologies (ESXi & Hyper-V). Experience with BDR technologies (Veeam, Acronis & StorageCraft). Experience with VOIP systems (3CX). Experience with SonicWall & Sophos. Experience with ConnectWise & ITGlue. Have a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
