We are looking for a full time Contract Administrator to join our team. As a contract administrator, you are responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks: Responsibilities: Prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the company. Follow up with clients and resolve problems in different contracts and services provided. Work with senior managers to achieve the desired outcomes and goals of the contracts. Process customer cancellations when required. Record all cancellation feedback and issues in a constructive manner to improve customer service. Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programmes, projects and services provided. Work with project managers to achieve company goals. Advise and provide feedback to senior management. Monitor and report the work provided by contractors. Submit reports concerning the organisation’s activities. Analyse processes undertaken on projects and report project outcomes. Collect and analyse data. Mandatory Requirements: Prefer Relevant qualification MINIMUM 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Fast learner and can quickly apply new knowledge and techniques Familiarity with accounting procedures Excellent writing skills Keen attention to detail, with an ability to identify errors Strong analytical and organisational skills Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging $73,000K- $85,000k per year plus superannuation for a Minimum 38-hour per week.
