Fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a friendly and social accounting practice located on the city fringe Our client is a well-known and respected Certified Practicing Accounting firm. They have a great positive team culture and reward their staff. They have around 50 staff onsite and there is potential for growth with this organisation. Your Role Will Include: Oversee day to day operations for the office Diary management PA duties to Partners Data base management in Accountants Office Typing of correspondence letters Management of website and Facebook page Management of ATO lodgements and reporting to partners Management of ASIC corporate secretarial system inclusive of work such as company, trust and super fund set ups including applying for TFN, ABN and GST. Management of debtors and reporting Scanning, emailing, filing Assisting with the coordination of office functions Kitchen and meeting room management Preparation of monthly newsletter Ideally, You Will: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Be familiar with ASIC portal, forms and requirements Have exceptional attention to detail Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude" Have excellent presentation and communication skills Unfortunately, applicants who do not have experience working in an accounting practice will not be considered.
