Role Details: Routes: Move pallets of glass containers from our Kilkenny Logistics site to the warehouse in Gillman. The journey begins and ends at our Kilkenny Logistics site Hours: Permanent Full time – Afternoon shift, 4pm to 12pm - Monday to Friday What you'll do: Secure Freight: Adhere to all load restraint guidelines to ensure safe transportation. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to confirm roadworthiness and compliance. Timely Deliveries: Ensure efficient pick-up and delivery of freight, adhering to schedules. Accurate Reporting: Complete electronic reporting systems and required documentation accurately. Regulatory Compliance: Follow all company policies and state/national transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws. What You Will Bring: Minimum of 3 years’ recent Australian experience driving Heavy Combination tautliner trucks in a similar role is advantageous. Provide a full 5-year demerit point history & Traffic SA report. Knowledge of the Adelaide Metro area and Mass Management TMA requirements. Experience using retractable & container trailers. Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
