What the Position Offers: Modern Fleet: Drive well-maintained American-model trucks, including Kenworth, Western Star, and Mack, equipped with: TV, microwave, fridge, truck phone, and ice packs. Flexible Rosters: Choose from regular shifts or a 7-on/7-off lifestyle roster. Competitive Pay: Earn between $38.00 and $40.00 per hour (higher rates for Sundays and public holidays), based on your skills and experience. About the Employer: Seiler’s Transport is a respected leader in the livestock and transport industries, proudly serving the South Burnett region for nearly 35 years. With recent expansions into the North and Central Burnett regions, the business now operates a fleet of 22 heavy vehicles and trailers, supported by a dedicated team of 40 staff. The Duties: As an MC Driver, your responsibilities will include: Operating B-doubles to transport cattle. Transporting cattle from paddocks to feedlots, sale yards, and processing plants across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW. Conducting pre-start checks. Loading and unloading livestock safely and efficiently. Washing out trailers to maintain hygiene standards. What You Will Require: A current MC driver license. Proven B-double experience. Basic Fatigue Management Accreditation (or a willingness to obtain). A clean driving record. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans. Successful completion of a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol testing. Compliance with Workplace Health and Safety guidelines. Preferred but not essential: Experience in livestock handling and transport.
